Technical Sales Representative
Established in 1968, Zesta Engineering Ltd. is a manufacturer of industrial heaters, temperature sensors, and temperature control systems. We provide thermal solutions for heating applications across multiple industries. Major Responsibilities of Position:
- Design and recommend thermal solutions for industrial clients
- Use knowledge of heating applications and products to ensure Zesta products meet customer requirements
- Answer order desk phone calls, respond to customer inquiries and be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders
- Follow up on customer backorders and expedite where required
- Provide assistance to the Territory Manager(s) in serving accounts by placing orders, researching product and expediting orders
- Other duties as assigned by the manager
Training will be provided
Job Related Qualifications:
Education:
- College graduate or equivalent experience
Professional experience:
- Training will be provided, however technical sales experience would be an asset
Other Considerations:
- Must be upbeat and personable with exceptional telephone communication skills
- Must be a team player
- Mathematical ability required to calculate prices, gross margins, and basic thermal requirements
- Must be proficient with computers
- Self motivated and capable of working with minimum supervision
- Safety conscious team player who works well with others
- Technical aptitude

- Varies depending on experience
