Customer Service Representative

Inside Sales Representative

This position is responsible for the efficient processing of customer orders and responding to customer inquiries.

Major Responsibilities of Position:

• Answer order desk phone calls, respond to customer inquiries and be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders
• Use knowledge of heating applications and products to ensure Zesta products meet customer requirements
• Communicate specials, featured products and flyers to customer over the phone
• Follow up on customer backorders and expedite where required
• Provide assistance to the Territory Manager(s) in serving accounts by placing orders, researching product and expediting orders
• Other duties as assigned by the manager

Job Related Qualifications:

Education:
• College graduate or equivalent experience

Professional experience:
• 3 years of experience in inside sales in a similar industry is preferred

Other Considerations:
• Must be upbeat and personable with exceptional telephone communication skills
• Mathematical ability required to calculate prices, gross margins, and basic thermal requirements
• Self motivated and capable of working with minimum supervision
• safety conscious team player who works well with others
• technical aptitude
